Because the MORE that you canvass an area the more customers you will pick up!

show 80% of all sales are made after the 5th contact
48% Give up after only the 1st contact
25% Give up after
only the 2nd contact
12% Give up after only the 3rd contact
5% Give up after only the 4th contact
So only 10%
leave brochures after the 5th time, AND TO THIS 10% RECEIEVES 80% of all the sales.

When I am asked about tossing.. I recommend
that they toss at LEAST 5 times before they give up on the area.
I get the MOST response from an area when I have tossed
it a minimum of 3 - 7 times.
